Delete your Capzi account

Capzi lets you delete your in-app account directly from the Android app. This removes the Capzi account record and detaches account-linked access from your devices.

Google Play subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Deleting your Capzi account does not automatically cancel a subscription in Google Play.

Delete in the app

Open Capzi on your Android device.
Go to Membership.
Sign in if needed.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets removed

Your Capzi account record and linked device association.
Account-based subscription linkage and cross-device restore linkage inside Capzi.

What may be retained

Transaction or billing records that must be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
On-device browser data until you clear it in the app or uninstall Capzi.
Google Play subscription records managed by Google Play.

Need help

If you no longer have access to the app, use the developer contact details shown on the Capzi Google Play listing to request deletion support.
